You are officially ready to build muscle memory and continue to make gains more muscle and strength. At this level we help you to involve consolidating a specific motor task into muscle memory through working on repetition. So we teach you about stretching, contracting, lifting, gaining, and so much more to ensure your body remembers how to do it.
