STM covers one to one personal training in Malvern and Glen Iris areas. Although, we receive requests for personal training all over the world, it’s not logistically possible to work one on one with clients from different states and worldwide. to address geographical barriers, we set up the online coaching programme to work remotely with clients anywhere in the world.

We initially carry out a client consultation either via whatsapp or Skype. During the initial body consultation, we will carefully examine:

  • Fitness goals: what are your fitness goals and what to you want to achieve?
  • Current body condition: taking your measurements and confirming whether you have injuries.
  • Timescale: organising the timescale you want for your online session and support
  • Restrain: the aim is covering all angles to design a realistic training and diet plan (e.g., dietary requirement, your body clock, and work and family commitments.
